Meal Information

OPTIONAL fee to cover 2 meals (Thursday dinner and Friday lunch) - $30 per person (students and adults)

Must submit payment for these meals by December 16th.

Those who choose to eat meals away from the hotel need to prepare for sit-down options nearby or provide transportation to locations with more fast-food options. (Our rehearsal schedule will accommodate the time for meals.)

Friday dinner will not be provided.Saturday lunch (boxed lunches) will be covered by WVACDA at the performance venue following dress rehearsals.

Please note that medical forms no longer need to be notarized.

December 16, 2023 - Payment due - payment can be made either by credit card or check.

Singer's fee is $55 per singer.

Professional Development

At this year's conference, you will be able to receive professional development credit through WVU simply by attending the conference, enjoying the sessions, and completing a short essay reflecting on your experience.

As this is the first year that we have been able to offer this, there will be no administration fee. Also, you do not need to register until after the conference is over.

See the syllabus with links for further information on how to register, and the costs involved.

Kym Scott can answer questions that you may have.

While you do not need to register until the conference is over, you will be required to attend many of the sessions in order to complete the professional development. So, please keep that in mind.
