2023 WVACDA Conference Fees and Deadlines

Conference Attendance Registration Fees and Deadlines
Members need to renew their ACDA memberships online before registering
for the conference. ACDA membership must be current when registering onsite.

Current Members EARLY BIRD $55.00     Deadline: December 16

Retired Members EARLY BIRD $55.00      Deadline: December 16

Current Members ONSITE $75.00

Retired Members ONSITE $75.00

Student Member ONSITE $50.00   (Collegiate – not in an honor choir)


Honor Choir Fees and Deadlines
HS Audition fee: $10.00 per singer     Deadline: September 30

HS Singer’s fee: $55.00 per singer      Deadline: December 16

Jr/MS allotment request fee: $30.00  Deadline: September 30

Jr/MS Singer’s fee: $35.00                   Deadline: December 16

Collegiate singer’s fee: $45.00                 Payment due on-site   


Meal Information
OPTIONAL fee to cover 2 meals (Thursday dinner and Friday lunch) - $30 per person (students and adults)

Must submit payment for these meals by December 16th.

Those who choose to eat meals away from the hotel need to prepare for sit-down options nearby or provide transportation to locations with more fast-food options. (Our rehearsal schedule will accommodate the time for meals.)

Friday dinner will not be provided.

Saturday lunch (boxed lunches) will be covered by WVACDA at the performance venue following dress rehearsals.
