2012 West Virginia ACDA Annual Conference

The 2012 WV ACDA Conference will take place Feb. 2 – 4th in Charleston, WV.
Our conference site this year is the Ramada Inn
Charleston Downtown (Formerly the Charleston House Holiday Inn).
All
honor choir rehearsals and conference sessions will be held at the hotel.  The Friday evening
concert will be held at the
Baptist Temple and the honor choir concerts will take place at the Clay Center.

This year’s annual conference will take place at the Ramada Inn Charleston Downtown (Charleston House). 

Room Rate:  $99.00/night

Rooms Available:  Double/Double, King; all non-smoking

Included in Room Rate:  Breakfast, Parking, Internet (in certain areas)

How to make a reservation: 
Call the Ramada Inn Charleston Downtown directly at (304)344-4092 and ask to book a room
that is part of the West Virginia American Choral Directors Association room block. 
Reservations must be made by January 15, 2012 to ensure receiving the contracted conference room rate.

The hotel will make every attempt to honor special rooming requests (i.e. location and proximity of rooms).
  Please mention any requests at time of booking.  If your school is tax exempt, make sure to give the hotel representative
that number to receive a price quote that excludes tax.
