that is part of the West Virginia American Choral
Directors Association room block.
Reservations must be made by January 15, 2012 to ensure receiving the
contracted conference room rate.
The hotel will make every
attempt to honor special rooming requests (i.e. location and proximity of
rooms).
Please mention any requests at
time of booking. If your school is tax
exempt, make sure to give the hotel representative
that number to receive a
price quote that excludes tax.
